About Reg Price

In his first job, Reg was one of the company’s most successful sales execs. One client summarized Reg’s success factor when he said “we give you all our work because we know that whatever you say you are going to do, you will”.

Reg has been a consultant in disciplines around reliability for almost twenty years. Promises Management is his unique creation and his book is first to put a management framework around it.

He has worked in US, Asia, Oceania and Europe on projects for a wide range of companies—from the largest multi-national corporations to owner managed businesses.

As both a part time post grad university course leader and a consultant, part of the Vectia network. He is a “pracademic”, combining structured thinking with practical advice.

Most of his work now is helping clients towards greater reliability and in creating brand reinforcing customer experiences-- reflecting his passion about promises management.
